Cranberry sauce is a wonderful combination of flavors.

They have tons of recipes that are easy to make and have the perfect balance of sweetness and spice.
Here are the easy cranberry sauces that I love.
I will be sharing the other easy cranberries next week, but I think these are going to be the ones to start you off on the cranberry road.
Cranberry Pie Ingredients 2 cups water 3 cups sugar 1 cup cranberries (about 2 small berries) 2 large eggs, at room temperature 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon salt Cranberry Juice, optional Cranberry Crust, optional Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8-inch square pan with nonstick spray.
Combine water, sugar, and cranberries in a large bowl.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and stir well.
In a small bowl, combine eggs, all-Purpose flour, cinnamon, and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Stir until well combined.
Set bowl aside.
In the same bowl, whisk together flour, sugar and cranberry juice.
Stir in the cranberries.
Add in the eggs, and mix until well mixed.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely.
Serve hot with a slice of fruit or an apple on the side.
