Recipe for Pink Cranberries Layers: 5 ounces blueberries (about 1 1/2 cups) 1 1 1 / 2 ounces frozen cranberries 1 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 ounces honey 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3/4 cup cranberry sauce 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg (optional) 1 teaspoon ginger (optional, if using) Directions: Combine blueberries, cranberries, honey, vanilla extract, cranberry seasonings, and sugar in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a serving glass.
