Cranberry Orange Scones With Cranberry Orange Sauce and Cranberry Jelly are Delicious!

Dried cranberry oranges are also great for baking.

They can be used for whipped cream or as a topping on baked goods. 

You can also use cranberries for your next recipe.

I’ve been trying to figure out a way to make cranberry jelly and I found this recipe!

Cranberry jelly is a delicious topping on cranberry scones.

It is also perfect for cranberry pancakes.

Ingredients 1 teaspoon dried cranberries (or more) 1 cup almond milk 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (or 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest) 3 tablespoons coconut oil 1 teaspoon honey (or agave) 2 tablespoons coconut milk Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, mix together almond milk, vanilla, lemon juice, coconut oil, honey, and coconut milk.

Stir until blended.

Add almond milk to dry cranberries and stir until blended again.

Pour into a greased or silicone baking pan and bake for 10 minutes, or until set.

Allow to cool on the counter.

Once cooled, top with cranberries.

Dried cranumbers and cranberry jam are both delicious.

Dried fruit such as apples, plums, peaches, apricots, strawberries, mangoes, or pears are also good additions.
